Resort Living Project

Neo recently completed a concept for a project near Perth, Western Australia for a Resort Living development. The development is aimed at couples and families who want to live in a complex that provides additional facilities like mini golf, swimming pool, residents garden that allow a community atmosphere and encourage communication and connectivity in the development.

Supporting businesses such as restaurants, cafes, healthcare will also be available within the main building.

A mix of villas, apartments and commercial areas allows this project to be all encompassing and give residents easy access to amenities they require.

The development will present as a modern, sustainable community with an emphasis on efficiency throughout the building process and life cycle of the buildings and surrounds.
